  • PHY6230 is a cost-effective wireless communication system-level chip, integrating a 32-bit processor (up to 64MHz), supporting USB 2.0 and lithium battery charging, RF sensitivity -96dBm@BLE 1Mbps, peak transmit and receive power 10/10mA, and providing a variety of packaging solutions, taking into account the needs of personal peripheral products for stable connection and cost sensitivity. It has a full communication protocol stack with independent intellectual property rights and supports the coexistence of multiple protocol stacks such as Bluetooth LE/private label 2.4G.

    PHY62 series chips are widely used in industrial/consumer fields such as smart home, smart wearables, smart lighting, industrial control, medical health, AI voice, new energy vehicles, etc. The chips have high cost-effectiveness and high reliability, and have been delivered to more than 100 IoT customers at home and abroad.
