  • PHY6252 low-power wireless communication system-level chip integrates low-power high-performance 32-bit MCU, RF sensitivity -99dBm@BLE 1Mbps, peak transmit and receive power 8.6/8mA, ultra-low BOM (Bill of Material), the minimum system only requires 1 16MHz crystal and 1 conventional capacitor, and is designed for power supply scenarios. It has a full communication protocol stack with independent intellectual property rights and supports the coexistence of multiple protocol stacks such as Bluetooth LE/Bluetooth Mesh/Phyplus Spider Mesh/Phyplus Pico Mesh/Apple MFi/Zigbee/Matter/Private Label 2.4G.

    PHY62 series chips are widely used in industrial/consumer fields such as smart home, smart wearables, smart lighting, industrial control, medical health, AI voice, new energy vehicles, etc. The chips have high cost performance and high reliability, and have been delivered to more than 100 IoT customers at home and abroad.
