The PHY6239 is a wireless MCU with a high-precision AFE. It features a low-power 32-bit processor, 8KB retained SRAM, 32KB OTP, 64KB ROM, and an ultra-low-power, high-performance, Bluetooth 5.4/2.4G radio.
The analog front end provides a 24-bit Σ-Δ ADC with a maximum ENOB of 22.6 bits, with functions and specifications optimized for precision sensor measurements. The gain of the programmable gain amplifier (PGA) is 1x to 256x. Before the ADC, an auxiliary multi-channel SAR ADC is also integrated for general analog signal measurement applications. The
PHY62 series chips are widely used in industrial/consumer fields such as smart home, smart wearables, smart lighting, industrial control, medical health, AI voice, new energy vehicles, etc. The chips are cost-effective and highly reliable, and have been delivered to more than 100 IoT customers at home and abroad.Downloads
