  • The PHY6229 is a wireless MCU with a high-precision AFE. It features a high-performance 32-bit processor with 64K retained SRAM, 512KB flash, 96KB ROM, 256bit fuses and an ultra-low power, high-performance, multi-mode radio. In addition, the PHY6229 supports BLE security, applications, and wireless download updates.
     

    The analog front end provides a 24-bit Σ-Δ ADC with a maximum ENOB of 22.6 bits, with functions and specifications optimized for precision sensor measurements. The programmable gain amplifier (PGA) has a gain of 1x to 256x before the ADC. In addition, a voice AFE with AMIC bias, PGA and 12-bit ADC provides a voice interface for the application. The

    PHY62 series chips are widely used in industrial/consumer fields such as smart home, smart wearables, smart lighting, industrial control, medical health, AI voice, new energy vehicles, etc. The chips are cost-effective and highly reliable, and have been delivered to more than 100 IoT customers at home and abroad.
