  • PHY6235 is an ultra-low power, high-performance wireless communication system-level chip that integrates a high-performance 32-bit MCU, RF sensitivity of -96dBm@BLE 1Mbps, peak transmit and receive power of 10/10mA, and ultra-high energy efficiency. It solves the problems of wireless connection stability and low power consumption in complex scenarios, and has a full communication protocol stack with independent intellectual property rights.   

    The PHY62 series chips are widely used in industrial/consumer fields such as smart home, smart wearable, smart lighting, industrial control, medical health, AI voice, new energy vehicles, etc. The chips have high cost performance and high reliability, and have been delivered to more than 100 IoT customers at home and abroad.
