Phyplus Technologies officially listed its PHY62 series of ultra-low power Bluetooth 5.0 system-level chips in the Bluetooth Technology Alliance on May 18, 2018. Since then, the ultra-low power Bluetooth IoT communication chips released and mass-produced by Phyplus Technologies in 2018 have passed the Bluetooth 5.0 standard of the Bluetooth Technology Alliance and obtained BQB certification.

The PHY62 series ultra-low power Bluetooth chip is an ultra-low power IoT chip with powerful performance and high flexibility. It also supports multiple communication protocols such as low-power Bluetooth, Bluetooth 5.0, Bluetooth MESH, ZigBee, Google Thread, Mist, etc., and is aimed at applications such as smart terminal peripherals, smart voice, smart home, smart manufacturing, and smart transportation. PHY6202 uses a 32-bit chip. It has 128K ROM, 138K SRAM, and 256/512KFlash. Its built-in 2.4GHz wireless transceiver supports low-power Bluetooth (BLE), ANT, and private 2.4GHz protocol stacks.
